ABOUT LINFLEX

    Lenflex is a financing marketplace platform that connects businesses and individuals with third-party financial institutions, mortgage providers, solar financing companies, and asset financing partners across Nigeria.

    Lenflex is not:

    • A bank
    • A direct lender
    • A mircofinance institution
    • A solar installation company

    Our role is limited to facilitating customer applications, eligibility checks, profiling, and partner matching services.

    ELIGIBILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM

      By using Lenflex, you confirm that:

      • You are at least 18 years old
      • The information you provide is accurate and truthful
      • You have the legal capacity to enter financing agreements
      • You are using the platform for lawful purposes only

      Lenflex reserves the right to deny access or terminate services for users who provide false or misleading information.

      PLATFORM SERVICES

        Lenflex may provide:

        • SME financing marketplace services
        • Solar financing marketplace services
        • Eligibility assessment tools
        • Customer onboarding support
        • Partner routing and application submission services

        All financing products are offered by independent third-party partners.

        NO GUARANTEE OF FINANCING

          Using Lenflex does not guarantee:

          • Loan approval
          • Solar financing approval
          • Specific financing terms or interest rates

          All financing decisions are made solely by partner institutions based on their internal credit and eligibility policies.

          USER RESPONSIBILITIES

            Users agree to:

            • Provide accurate and complete information
            • Submit lawful and authentic documentation
            • Use the platform responsibly
            • Avoid fraudulent activity or impersonation
            • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

            Users are solely responsible for any information submitted through the platform.

            DATA SHARING & CONSENT

              By submitting an application through Lenflex, you authorize us to:

              • Review your submitted information
              • Share your details with verified financing partners
              • Conduct eligibility assessments
              • Contact you regarding financing opportunities

              Information may be shared with:

              • Financial institutions
              • Solar financing partners
              • Asset finance companies
              • Verification and onboarding partners

              Lenflex handles customer information in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection practices.

              THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

                Lenflex works with independent third-party providers.

                We are not responsible for:

                • Financing approval outcomes
                • Partner service quality
                • Interest rates or repayment structures
                • Delays in processing
                • Property valuation outcomes
                • Solar installation performance

                Users are encouraged to review all agreements and terms directly with financing partners before accepting offers.

                INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

                  All website content, branding, graphics, logos, designs, text, and platform materials on Lenflex are the property of Lenflex Integrated Services unless otherwise stated.

                  Users may not:

                  • Copy platform materials
                  • Reproduce content for commercial purposes
                  • Modify or redistribute proprietary materials
                  • without prior written permission.

                  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

                    Lenflex shall not be liable for:

                    • Financing rejection
                    • Losses resulting from third-party agreements
                    • Delays by financing partners
                    • Errors caused by inaccurate customer information
                    • Technical interruptions or platform downtime

                    Users access and use the platform at their own discretion and risk.

                    PRIVACY

                      Your use of Lenflex is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

                      By using the platform, you agree to the collection and processing of information as described in those policies.

                      PLATFORM MODIFICATIONS

                        Lenflex reserves the right to:

                        • Suspend applications
